What is the cause of these symptoms?

by BoostLikeWoa, Jul 24, 2008 10:56PM
Problems balancing or walking - minor problem but i noticed i do stumble a lil bit or bump into things sometimes

Changes in mood, personality, or ability to concentrate- i get crazy mood swings and sometimes its hard for me to think of something or concentrate on reading or lose interest on it.

Coordination is a  little off- like switching light switches on/off, turning door handle, stuff like that i sometimes have a hard time doing. I dont know if its all in my mind and my mind is playing tricks on me and it does it because im thinking it.

Problems with memory- i used to be really bad in this area. i would have a tough time remembering what i did the day before but i woild remember them nonetheless a couple minutes later.

Also im 19 years old, healthy and active. Im usually drowsy and sleepy like around 9pm  idk if thats normal i used to be able to run through the day with no problems and night till like 12AM [midnight]
Any answers would help thanks. And oh i have no health insurance so im trying to find out answers on here by doctors first. I take one a day vitamins and a seperate Magnesium supplement.

Hi,

How are you?
Your symptoms could be because of excessive fatigue, anxiety and sleep deprivation.
I would suggest you to take it easy for a few days. Eat regularly and healthy, maintain hydration and sleep for at least 8-10 hrs in the night every day.
The best way to improve memory is by learning a new language or a new musical instrument. You can give it a try. If the symptoms do not improve you may have to see a physician at least. Take care!
