does anyone know what this could mean?

hey i'm a 26 year female and i have always been pretty healthy until last year where i had Urinary Tract in infection and was admited to hospital. I've always had cold hands and feet and pretty slimish but lately i have been having bowel problems due to the heat. My feet are often every easily get pins and needles but lately seems like my legs are very weak and so is my upper body. i have low RBC and plately but never been diagnosed with anemia. However, i try to eat B vitamins to keep healthy. There is a spot on the bottom right lower back that is always painful. could this be related to kidney problems or anything else related?
But i have been to the doc for many like 20 times this year just because i get the flu and headaches. I'm often very tired..but lately i have gained weight even though i'm not eating much.. but it seems to be bloatness of some sort.
any one got any idea?
