I have had it. don't know what's wrong.

I've been having symptoms now for 5 months.
started with acute flulike symptoms and extreme tiredness. had bloody constipated stool for one day. painful urination.
All of this lead to severe lower abdominal pain, joint pain in every joint, runs, eye floaters, photophobia and now flashes.
pain in spleen, liver area and gi problems.
clay, green, undigested stools for the past couple of months. food seems not be digesting properly.
red palms and feet. poor blood flow. or like no blood flow. heart beats are strange. heart congestion. feel weak all of the time.
rashes on my knuckles, knees, hives all over that come and go. redness on face after showering.
risks and tests:
before all of this 2 years ago, i developed a thirst problem at work. they said there was a dangerous cemical in the back but i worked in the front. and also i was living in an apartment with a filthy basement, i started developing these rashes everytime i would touch the wood or paint down there. i lived there for a year. I had rashes for a year but no other symptoms except for a fast heart beat when i would go to sleep. I had sex 5 months ago and was convinced i had hiv but have taken every possible test. blood tests come back normal for all stds, lyme disease. liver enzymes are normal, cbc is normal except there was a slight rise in my hemoglobin. it went from 16 to 17.2 and last week the doctor said t was normal.
what can i do in the mean time so that i don't die? something to help my organs and heart?
