Worried a little more.

I posted a question not so long ago about semen/precum touching my genitals during a night of mutual masterbation, i'm the female. After believing relieved to find out that all should be good i found what looks like a 'pimple' inbetween the hairs about 2 inches from down there, for lack of a better word. So as gross as this may sound i squeezed the 'pimple' and white pus came out and then it turned red around the outside and has been like that for a few days now. No change in size and it is open like a picked pimple. My question is could it be a herpes blister; i hear that they are filled with a clear liquid but unsure and would like some advice.

I just need to add that the 'pimple' is not sore to touch unless pressed quite firmly and is not open now, but was open like a picked pimple this morning, now pm when writing this. I know this may be all a little sensless and i have the feeling it is a case of looks like, feels like and oozes like a pimple...answer is a pimple... just wondering if it could be a herpes blister. It is also singular and appears to be healing... am i right in assuming if it was a herpes blister it would not heal in 2/3 days, there would be more than one and would be more painful.

For all the reasons you mentioned, this isn't sounding like herpes.

And you aren't at risk for herpes from mutual masturbation.
