Neck pain

I have Hashimoto disease and was exposed to TB since I work with immigrant/refugee students. I have taken isonazid for 9 monhts and I take 0.125 mcg of levotoraxine... In the last 10 years I have had terrible sinus headaches and neck pain (not in front /sides and back) ... It's very painful and I take ibuprofin. I also take allergy medication but the neck and sinus pain continue to come back. have any idea why?
Also , my doctor in TN prescribed 150 mcg of syntheroid and 5 mcg of Cytomel and I was much healthier . Moving to Florida they prescribes 125 mcg of levothorazine and eliminated the Cytomel and I have gained 50 pound in 4 years. I am asking my new Doctor change my medication to the old dosage and he sent me for a new bllod test.... Do you think the Cytomel is effective in helping with Hashimoto and wheight gain?
