I really hope today isn't a horrible one.  One thing is my family knows I am doing this n my finance BUT, it seems when I am at my worst...they have to come at me w/stuff..n I feel my blood pressure from getting really mad for them doing this.  I tell them that while I'm going thru this, they have to just try to be patient w/everything..   But, it's day 4.  I feel worse today than yesterday.  Last pill was Monday night.  It's now Fri. night

Hang in there..you are going to feel worse on day 4 maybe even 5..because of methadones long 1/2 life it stays in your system. You will get through this. I am glad your family knows but tell them to wait to come at you with anything..getting you while your down is no good..this is going to take some time, and it is well worth it to be free of methadone..

I definitely feel worse but, it's just the anxiety.  Right now that's the only thing bothering me, which keeps me from sleeping more than 30 mins at any time,

Zakk, hang in there man we both are feeling each others pain right now.  I hope You're attempt will be your lastt attempt to get life back to "normal"

For me it got worse until about day 17 and then SLOWLY got better till about day 45.  But i was on 30 mg a day for almost 2 months so i was probably off a lot worse than you.  rmember that methadone is one of the worst drugs to withdraw from.
