I am 20 yrs old. Yesterday afternoon (room temperature 30 degree celcius, summer) after sneezing continiously for 7-8 times i was having pain deep in the nose. It was like in case of cold, but with little running nose. I turned on the A.C. and room temperature was 22 degree C, the pain in my nose increased. After that i gave steam to nose for 15 minutes, after 1 hour i had Avil. Before sleeping i again gave steam to nose and had avil. Today morning around 7.30 when i woke up i was having fever, throat ache which vanished after drinking a hot tea, and my body temperature was 101.5 degree fahrenheit, then i took 1 tablet Nimulid medicine, my body temperature decreased to 100.5 degree F in 1 hours. and further reduced to 99.5 degree F in 2 hours. After little lunch i slept for 2hrz under fan running, and my body temperature increased to 100.5 degree F. Again i took 1 tablet nimulid. now my current body temperature is 100 degree F. Please advise me some medicine, and precaution i should take. What diet should i take? Should i have rest all the time or should remain awake?
