Implantation bleeding question

Im 10dpo and awoke this morning with some red spots in my underwear. As the morning has progressed, i spotted a little brown. I have full on cramps and have had cramps for the past week and a half. Im not due for AF until Monday and i was wondering if this is possibly implantation bleeding.
I did have sex at the time of my ovulation and i bought a pregnancy test which i took 8dpo and got a BFN.
Is it still to early to test?
Could i just be starting AF early?

My cycle is 29 days and ive never been this early....could it be from stress???

answers are so appreciated!!!

It is always a possibility, and I know that many people say that imp. bleeding is not common, but is happens to 50% of women. I am not sure if this is what you are experiencing, but I would wait until after you are due for AF and then test if AF has not arrived.

I did not experience Imp. bleeding until after I was late and found out I was pregnant.
