Hi , I am 28 years old
recently ( 1 and halft year back) i got chest pain when i was in bus.
i went to doctor , ECG showd LVH, and 2D Echo showed mild dialted LV function, immeadietly he suggested for angiogram and angiogram showed clean picuture, But still the pain is severe and left hand becoming painful and palm become red when it is under gravity( please try to understand) . Later consulting another doctor, she took suprarenal gland enlargement test ( ultra sound ) which was normal and she observed for cervical problem by X-ray , and also it was also clean,. my regular tests are fine and negative, still i had severe chest pain. After few months i was having severe right side stomach pain , the gasteroenterologist did scopy( name I forgot) concluded as Heatus hernia. he gave some medication for 1 month which i am not able to come out of  chest pain, till i was two years presently i am having severe chest pain . Again i went to cardio where my BP was 160/110 , doctor told me that it was due to tension, and he gave medications for coronory spasms. i took for 15 days still having severe chest pain
these days i am feeling my head tingiling sensation and left side numbess of face and head. i went to nuerology where i had CT scan contrast and it was clean. These days i am feelign somethjing is hurting in back of chest bone down to heart. i am finding difficulty in breathing and swallowing , still my left hand and left leg are showing as blood is pooling and shivering. I am mentally upset with these sudden changes in my body , I am just 28 years , i am very active guy, i dont have any weight loss or gain in these two years , I am not yet married and i am troubling my parents, and they are worried of my health. Most of the doctors concluded as anxiety neurosis. They are not understanding the severity of my problem.
Can anybody please guide me what should i do, and what happened

hi,
I was also diagnose of Hiatus Hernia. However mine is a lump growth in my oesophagus. I was also suffering of acidity, belching and every time I have my meal, I tend to belch the food out and I feel heavy or tight feelings in my chest area. I was also suffering of bad breath, though my Dentist confirmed of my excellent teeth condition and hygiene. My throat is always itchy and also a feeling of tightness. Then doctor advised me not to lift heavy things, no coffee, chocolates, cigarettes and caffeine. A heavy medication for ( acid reflux). Still it was an on and off thing for me. A friend of mine told me this Hiatus Hernia is a wear and tear in your muscle tissue. So, in other words there is no treatment, you just have to avoid and  prevent this from happening again.
