static enceph 11 year old girl

just told by ped neur of childs diagnosis. have been focusing vigourously on educational piece for years. what do we do now that we were told of diag?? how do we help her knowing she will not just outgrow her awkward stage? where should we focus our efforts? OT/PT pls help. thank you.
