congestion in left side of chest

by diabolik, Jul 25, 2008 12:26PM
I am 35 year old male. Few months back I started feeling chest congestion with shortness of breath. I went to the emergency and they took my x-ray and ekg. X-ray was normal while my ekg, they told me my heart rate was a little bit fast. They released me from Hospital saying it is not to be concerned. After this I went to my family doctor and he did a blood test and echocardiogram. Blood test was good and echo was also normal with trace mitral regugitation in couple of valves. He told me every thing is normal and not to worry and gave me some asthma medication "Alvesco". This medicine didn't do any thing.
I still feel some thing stuck in my middle to left side or like something is swollen there. I'll be thankful for any help.
