Erection Problem at 17 years old!

by Dave82545, Jul 25, 2008 12:37PM
I am 17 years old and have a serious problem that is ruining my life. About a week ago I was a party and my girlfriend and she was basically being a tease (kissing me, dancing up against me etc.) and most of the night I had an erection on and off for nearly four hours. When I got home my testicles were in so much pain, it felt like my spermatic cord and epididymis were swollen. The next day they were hurting a little bit still and the day after the pain was nearly gone and could get a full erection. But since then i have tried getting an erection but have had no full success. I can not become erect when i masturbate and i’ve tried everything and when me and my girlfriend trying to have sex I only get about 60-70% erect. When I eventually do become 60-70% erect I cannot keep it up for that long.
I have never had a problem with this before. Easily getting an 100% erection when masturbating and being sexually active.
Even though I had a erection on and off for four hours I do not think that it was priapism as when I left my girlfriend i lost my erection ( and then the pain started in my testicles). And when I went to the toilet and the party I lost the erection to about 30% until I met her again.

I just recently been with my new girlfriend for about 3 weeks. We haven't had sex yet but she wants to and I have to keep making excuses because of my problem and she is starting to think I do not like her anymore.

I can still get an erection when I wake in the morning and can ejaculate but still only 60-70 % erection not enough to have sex.

I am to young for this? It shouldn't be happening at my age? I did not worry for the first few days because I thought I just needed to recover but now I'm starting to get worried and is making me feel like giving up.

I am not over weight.
Go to gym regularly.
Do not smoke.
Drink occasionally
Eat healthily.

What can I do? Can it be fixed? please help me!

Namaste Dave,

I wish I had an easy answer for you, but I've never encountered anything like this before.

All I can suggest is that you schedule an appointment with your GP and discuss the issue with him/her and they may make a referral to a specialist, who will be in a better position to tell you what's going on.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Jikan
