I grew up with asthma and then outgrew it in highschool. Since then I've had sinus infections on and off over the years, seasonal allergies, and most recently hives for the past 6 months!! No one knows the cause, of course and I keep switching doctors to find someone that will invest time in researching the root cause instead of treating the symptom with prednisone. The last dr. I saw suggested it might be related to hormone shifts after stopping the birth control pill after so many years.
