obsessive eating is tearing my house down

My son Sam will not stop eating, he wants to be consuming something all the time.  He has been on the GFCF for some time now and is also allergic to eggs and apples.  Sam is severly autistic and has no verbal language.  Food is the biggest battle around here he steals food and becomes violent when he denied and is dismantaling my house bit by bit..  Also he will eat just about any food but leans toward starchy and sweet.  Any advice you could offer would be great.        Thankx    Bekah

This is seen with some autistic children. Suggest feeding low calorie / low fat foods so weight gain does not become an issue. Free foods such as diet jello, water, salad with no or very little dressing, and air popped popcorn to name a few are good to give. Hope this helped.
