Am I growing taller after age 27?

by Charlie1980, Jul 25, 2008 02:18PM
Hi, I am 28 years old and my height is 5' 91/2", my dad is 5'11" and my mom is 5'4", do you think if I take growth-flex and then can gain one or two inches?  TKS.

Namaste,

It is highly unlikely that at your age you're going to be able to add any additional height to your body.

Hi,

How are you?
Height is a genetic trait inherited from both parents. At your age I doubt you will be able to gain any height as most of your bones are fused.
Please remember a healthy is what matters the most.
