Help me!

I have an almost 8 year old and we have been thru 2 behavioral episodes in the last year or a little more.  Not sure what has triggered them, maybe allergies.. How do I find out??

Look at what is happening in his or her life, you dont say what the episodes were, Has a new Baby come along has she gone to a new school are thare any other new things happened think and you may be able to figure it out. Dont let them say she has anything other than a normal behavior, figure out her life, walk in her shoes, she may feel she doesnt get enough attention ,is Dad around can he help with positive interaction , Children do act out when they are unhappy, try to figure it out . Ask her what is wrong have a chat and get some input from her,
