Crabs and other symptoms

I was on a holiday in Spain and I was with a couple of guys and unfortunately seem to have picked up a couple of things from them..
With the first guy (last thursday 17th) we both just jerked off with eachother and our groins would have rubbed off eachother and we were kissing as well.
The second guy (last friday 18th) we kissed, gave and received blowjobs briefly (no semen was exchanged) and we attempted anal sex briefly with a condom but again that was brief.
The next day or a couple of days later my throat started to get sore. It got worse progressively over the next few days. Then yesterday (thursday 24th) i discovered I had crabs. I bought some derbac and applied it as the instructions said and washed all my clothes etc. and the itching has gone now. I hadn't been with anyone since that last guy. That day I also developed a fever of about 101 degrees.
My throat is red and very sore. I can't see any white so I'm assuming its viral rather than bacterial. I know I should probably go get tested for other STDs but I'm just wondering from my symptoms what else could i possibly have and if I should get tested, when should I go as I've heard for some STDs you should wait a few weeks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could also have gonorrhea. A throat culture will detect that, but make sure to tell the doctor that you are concerned about it, so he can order a gonorrhea test.
You can test for gonorrhea at about a week post infection.
