Had surgery on July 16, 2008

I had a 6 hour back surgery over a week ago. I am currently experiencing pain underneath my breast on the bone. Hurts like I am bruised but don't have a bruise. Anybody ever experience this or know if this is because of all the hours of laying on my breast?
