How close can the injections be?

by Michelle867, Jul 25, 2008 10:26PM
Hi everyone..I did my 4th shot tonight and am wondering if maby I did it too close to one of the others.  I am a smaller person and don't have alot of room for options.  My first shot I did on the left side of my stomach.  The 2nd on the far right side, 3rd between that and the belly button (not close to the belly button tho).  The shot I took tonight was about an inch and a half away from the first one that I did.  I just wanted to make sure this is ok...I know I don't want to do them in the same place but can they be somewhat close to each other?  So far the treatment is going fairly well....just feel real tired and like a dump truck drops a load of the flu on me every night while I am sleeping.  I've been late to work 3 days this week because it takes me awhile to get my act together in the mornings but my boss has been really cool about it and told me today to just come in when I can so that was cool.  Thanks for all your help and advice.

You could do them that close.

I don't think it really matters - it's mostly for comfort more than anything else.
