There is no single over the counter medication or cream which would guarantee resolution of these scars. Scars from chickenpox may last for quite sometime. You are still young, thus, most of these scars may improve through time. Apply light vitamin E cream over the area everyday. Wash the area with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil. Pat the skin dry and apply vitamin E cream, cocoa or shea butter. Moisturizers will help even out the skin and may also help smoothen the skin. This will not remove the scars but this will improve the appearance of the skin. It will take quite some time for skin to revert to normal.
For scarring caused by pimples, you may seek consult with a dermatologist. Microdermabrasion and laser therapy may help.
