pcos or ovarian cancer

I have pelvic pain,elevated estrogen and progesterone levels. There is also pressure just above the pubic bone as well as increased frrequency. I also noticed nausea and decreased appetite. I get full rather quiickly when I eat. I had a partial hysterectomy last year for persistent vaginal bleeding that went on for a year. I have noticed a mass just above the pubic bone located to the left. I was dx with pcos 8 years ago. Is this pcos acting up or could I possibly have ovarian cancer?
