my pennis head near has some dots ,and some time only Itching, some time dry condition...I masturbation every day to use the coconut oil and vatika oil... what is the solution to clear this disease? pls answer me docter..

Thank you very much for your answer, I am working now in saudi arabia, Monistat cream is not available here, so please tell me a another cream or combination.

I am alone here, If i masturbation everyday,is it risk or any problem ?!

Hi,
This could be due to balanitis. This is an inflammation of the head(glans) of the penis.  It is caused by the irritation because of smegma which is a discharge surrounding the glans penis.

Lack of cleaning below the foreskin and allowing the area to air can cause inflammation of the head.
This can then be super-imposed by a bacterial or fungal infection, which will lead to redness and soreness of the area. This infection will be associated with itching as with most fungal infections.

Penile yeast infections usually present as red dots over the glans, sometimes associated with a watery discharge.
It is best tretaed with anti-fungal medications like Monistat cream applied twice daily to the affected area for ten days.

Preventing the recurrence depends on preventing the accumulation iof smegma, which is best done by rinsing the area with warm water.
