feet rashes / discoloration / allergies

hi, i would like to ask and seek some answers regarding my problem. I have attached the picture of my feet and as you can see it is so much dry and discoloration from the sides have developed. i have consulted a dermatologist before and given me some meds to apply and take, i'm sorry but i forgot the name on the cream. I'm taking virlix (the derma said this is for the allergy) but i stopped it because i dont want to be a dependent on the meds. taking virlix cures it for a day but totally not healing it. please help me. i want my feet misery to be gone forever. its kinda itchy and there are some tiny watery spots like-dots appearing also on my feet.

Here are some other information that may help you answer my questions.
- Socks wearing - cotton
- Shoes wearing - leather, my feet burns when im wearing rubbers shoes
- forming of Callus on the heals

thanks.

Hi,
The fact that your feet burn when you wear rubber shoes indicates that this is a type of allergic reaction.
Contact dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin caused by direct contact with an irritating or allergy-causing substance (irritant or allergen).

The allergic type of contact dermatitis is caused by exposure to a material to which the person has become hypersensitive or allergic.
Rubber is one of the common allergens that is associated with contact dermatitis.  The skin lesion at the site of exposure may be redness, rash, papules (pimple-like), vesicles, or bullae (blisters). The description of your rash is very much in line with the symptoms of CD.

You should stop wearing the shoes that causes this reaction. Medications for this condition are anti-histamines like Cetrizine and application of a mild Corticosteroid medication. You need to take this treatment only till the skin inflammation subsides.

If you avoid contact with the allergen, the lesions should heal in 2-3 weeks' time.
