can you plese give me some advice. jenxs

I hurt myself pulling a broken motorised wheelchair. I have been attending physiotherpy for the last 10 months, no better. My pelvis keeps dropping out of position and i have a pain from my coccyx going accross the buttocks and down the outside of my leg to my foot, on my left side. My leg feels heavy and tingly. Also i have soft tissue damage and muscle in my lower back.
I requested a MRI the results are : At L4/5, a small posterolateral tear of the disc annulus is present. There is a minor bulge of the disc annulus into the inferior aspect of the left L4 nerve root foramen. There is however no definite nerve root compression. Dessication of the disc. My leg feels like i have a constant  toothache, that is how i have described this for the last 10months.
My comment on the report sais i have disc degeneration with left posterolateral annulus tear. No neural compromise.
Can this be wrong? i know my leg constantly spasms.
Looking forward to an answer as no-one can explain this to me. Do i need to seek a neurologist?
