should i get him tested for aspergers?

my son is 16 now ,he has an IEP and he is coded ODD And ADHD and emotional /depression,,, he now off any meds,he can onyl print and has a hard time at that wrighting backwards, he is at a four grade reading leavel, he has a history of pulling his hair out and he picks he scaps to the point he has scares , alot of them , now he is starting to regress to wanting to stay in his room , he don't call anyone no friend,deveopmentyl , he is more in a 10, .11 year old , shoping is crazzy , he will find gym pants and that is the onyl thing he will wear,,, he can't stand any loud noise,, i had him tested for autism,,, they said no ,,, he put alot of non food in his mouth , he though he swallowed a tiny peice of ziper and he was getting so upset he was making him self vomit and obsessed for two weeks to the point the teacher as me to just take him to the doctor to serfice his obsertion with this matter
