Myomas and pregnancy

I am 25 years old and I have just discovered by a chance examination by my gynaecologist that I have 3 small myomas. One gynaecologist told me to have a baby as soon as possible. I took a second opinion and she said that I could see if I was a candidate for an EXAblate treatment through sonograms.

My query is does this procedure reduce or impact my getting pregnant? and secondly, Would it be better my me to try and get pregnant.

For information I have normal periods, and no extra pain or bleeding or other symptoms. Please advise via email . thanks

Samkam
