7 year old boy accused of assault

my 7 year old son has been accused of putting his finger into a 4 year old neighbours vagina and putting his penis in her mouth . my son has never shown any sign of this kind of behaviour before and there were other children with tem when this was supposed to have happened but noone saw anything except the 6 year old brother of the girl . I know my son is not being abused and i dont allowed him to watch adult tv could this girl be lying because she told her mother this story because he wouldnt give her any of his coke or would he do these things having never seen the happen or could be abbusing the girl.

it is difficult to comment here because it is such a serious issue and it can be a he said/she said issue. Regardless, I would recommend that both children seek some therapy (separately) to see if there are any underlying issues or if they are being exposed to something negative in the environment. -Dr. Varia
