Stinging under vagina hole

it started off where my vagina got realy itchy & i realy sore that itchy i couldnt sleep ,the top bit had also gone realy swollen the swelling went down and now underneth my vagina hole it still stings when i have a wee or bath or wipe with toilet roll and can stil get quite itchy. have i got some type of STI? i have been with my boyfriend for over 2 years has he cheated?
