Body Heat due to Stress

Dear sir
I had great fear for 3 months of some desease, after test results nothing is there, doctor sadi no need worry
about it. but during this 3 months period due to high stress, body got heat, so it made me tired, its spread over
the body, all the parts got heat due to my stress, still am having the problem of getting heat when i sit in a
cushion/plastic and steel chairs.
How can i overcome this problem, after test nothing is there, should i go to Homeo medicine to cool my
body. I think its due to stress only, but still i having little stress, so how can i control, is there any medicine to
overcome my heat. pls advise me.
