syphilis in mouth?

can you get a sore in your mouth? two even? and how long after exposure does it take to appear? i have two painless pimple like bumps that appaered in my mouth, started growing from a small bump 2 days after exposure (oral sex and kissing with a man). i am really scared this is syphillis, whats your thought?

Syphilis sores would take at least a few weeks to develop, and you'd likely only have one.

If you are concerned, see your doctor.

how big are the sores usually? i just cant tell if these bumps are, i wanna say no because they're not that big and they're really a different color from the rest of my skin either, maybe just a tiny bit redder than the rest. it also is not like a rounded circle, just a raised pimple is all

That doesn't sound like syphilis, and as I said, you'd only have one.

See your doctor since you are concerned.
