white bubbles around eyes

there r white bubbles around my eyes, not on, just around... they dont pop, i scrubb them everyday and dont go away!!! they rnt white heads or zits... just white bubbles, like really ssmall!!! help

That sort of things needs to be seen with a biomicroscope to make a diagnosis. See an eye MD ophthalmologist. Find one at www.aao.org
