White patches on tounge

I am 26 year male  . I had unprotected sex with sex worker before 10 months. I went for hiv blood test(ELISA test) after the 4 and half months of risk behave. The test was negative after 4 and half months of risk behave. Now on my tongue and cheeks unremoval white patches are seen. I am so worried about that. Is white patches on tounge or cheeks first symptoms of hiv. The negative test after 4 and half months is reliable or not?
Please suggest me.
I would be greatfull
