Adbominal Fluttering

I have had this fluttering in my lower left abdomen area.  I'm 41, my tubes are tied and my partner has had a vasectomy so I doubt I'm pregnant.  I'm guessing that for me it is a muscle spasm - it is annoying but not painful.  Also, I'm guessing it could be trapped gas.

This discussion is related to abdominal fluttering.

I'm 15 years old & have taken 3 positive pregnancy tests, i had a really light period 3 days after the first one which is unusual for me because i usually have excruciating periods. But i have been have fluttering & kicking feelings below me ribs & also in my lower abdomen for about 2 and a half months now so i took two more pregnancy tests which were also both positive. Then i took another which was negative. Two days after the negavtive test i had another light period & then 5 days after i came off i bled again for 2 days very lightly. The feelings in my stomach have still not stopped. I've told my Mum and she's got me a doctors appointment for Monday. I'm so confused because i dont' want to make unecassary fuss & look like a hypocondriact if i'm infact not pregnant but i know that i need to find out. Can anyone give me an opinion on what may be going on? Please please help :(

Hi, in case you are having regular periods and have ruled out pregnancy, try antacids containing anti flatulence therapy. If no relief is seen, do consult doctor and get ultrasound done.

Possibilities are gas, intestine infection, etc.
