I agree with Vance except for one thing.  You likely gave a urine sample for a gon/chlamydia test like he correctly stated above the stds do not travel the body you will show negative in Urine if you are infected in the throat.  You need to have your throat swabbed similar to a test they do for detecting strep throat.  It is rare to get either of these things from giving oral to a woman chlamydia I think has never ever happened and gon, slim chance.  Go back and get the throat swab to be sure , you could also get the cure 125 mg IM injection of rocephin, it always works and within a week from the shot no matter  whether you had it you won't anymore.  The symptoms you mention above are no doubt genital focused anxiety all the best.

Sorry for the bad assumption. So you gave a woman oral sex, I do not believe that you can get gonohrrea that way. But if you did it would not affect your genitals. STD's do not travel through the body that way.
Your test results will be negative from this encounter.

If you were the giver of oral sex then you would not get it in your genitals. You might get symptoms in your throat, but most of the time it is asymptomatic for Gohorrhea.
I am assuming you gave oral sex to a man and most likely he and you would notice symptoms on the man. If you gave it to a woman then most of the time you would not see symptoms.
Either way it's a low risk encounter and I believe that you can not get gonorrhea from giving oral sex to a woman.

You can get gonorrhea orally - chlamydia is very very rare orally, if it ever happens.

You can also get syphilis from giving oral.
