small white growths on penis

my question is are my small white growths on my penis something normal and nothing to worry about ; because i noticed that i had small white  growths  around the  felnum or idk how its spelled the; y shaped skin & small ones around like the edge around the head of the penis  ive only had sex with one girl a couple months ago like in october then a while after like a week is when i noticed them i dont know if i always had them but one day i just look closely n it was there & its kind of looks similar to the colifour i guess but im not sure because genital warts kind of is like that but i dont have any pain or anything with the small white growths they kind of look like pimples here and there and do you think it could be the cyst that are harmless? or genital warts .. but there small like mini pimples but i mean my penis works fine & theres no pain but from what ive told you what does it seem like. i mean the girl was fine and everything and i think she woulda told me by now if she cought something and was worried if i got it .

they said it is an STD   ?   AM I STD INFECTED

This could be - pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.

'Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment.'

'Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. '

its me again ......anon1990....... . and basically i the white groths have stayed the same since i discovered them . and i havnt had sex with any one but im going to soon so i wanted to find out if this is something i should worry about .
