Everyone I have ever been in contact with on the forum who did a slow taper suffered very little wd symptoms..it takes alot of will power to taper like that and congrats to u....get the supps in the thomas recipe for sure...and when u feel the anxiety coming on..exercise to get rid of it..it works..best of luck 2 u!
I tapered slow like you have done...and my wds were pretty minimal. I do take klonopin and zoloft on a regular basis though...so that did help me sleep. I also take the stuff on the amino acid protocol (that doesn't interact w/my other meds) like the calcium, magnesium, vitamin c, and the B Complex.
I am sure you will be comfortable try and keep busy and not think about it. We are here for you!!! Post if you need us!! :)

Thank you so much for answering. I am just afraid of the anxiety. At first, I didn't recognize it for withdrawl symptoms, until I started reading. Now, as I am finally at the end of the road (I hope) I am really nervous. I put it off for as long as I can, and know I have to do this. Thank you for the support.
