Biopsy Results

Hi,

How long does it typicaly take to receive the results (pathology report) from a brain biopsy?

My sons pahology took 2 weeks as they sent the section to 2 pathologists. I have heard that they "grow" the tumor and check the various stages.

Thanks for writing in.
The time would vary from lab to lab. However it should be done in about 7-10 days.
