liver disorder

GGT levels at 240.  Am currently recovering from sepsis of the liver as a result of a lesion created by gall bladder surgery remnants adhering to the liver.  This occured about 3 months ago...could the high GGT count be as a result of the injury to the liver?  I am currently on a high regimen of Type 2 diabetic medication, ergo, glipizide, metformin, actos and a moderate regimen of hyperlipodimia medications, zocor, lopid and tricor.  I do take tylonal occasionally for slight pain in the area of the kidney and liver.  My Doctors continue to claim that the pain is most likely pluresy.  Seems a blood clot became lodged in my lung after being laid up for a while (pulminary embolism).  I am also currently of a regimen of 10 mg cumiden for that condition.  I do not drink alcohol currently...Over the past 20 years I have not consumed large amounts of alchohol...moderate drinker I guess you could say.  Thanks...
