Both occurancense happen during missionary style intercourse with no sever exhaustion. The first occurance3 was severe yet not as severe as the second. The pain generates from the left side and pulls toward the right restraining my breathintg. The first episode last only about a minute. The second episode was three times intense and in larger area. SAme senerio starting from left side pulling to the right side. With severe tightness and difficulty in breathing. The second occurance lasted 2-4 minutes and I had to hit on chest to show I was in pain and had to take many breaths. I cannot understand what is happening?
