Colitis?

In May of 2008, I had to take 3 weeks of Augmentin 875 mg 2x/day for a kidney infection. The day after finishing the medication, I started to have frequent, loose bowel movements. I have been tested for C Diff, parasites, celiac (blood test) and had a full colonoscopy. Nothing has shown in any of the tests and I continue to have frequent loose stools and watery diarrhea. I have no fever, and no apparent blood or mucus. Is it possible to have colitis and it not show on a colonoscopy? If not, what could this be?

Hi,
Microscopic colitis may not be visible on colonoscopy.
Only with a biopsy and histopathological examination it can be diagnosed.
