burning sensation after sex & urology concerns

I am 44 year old female with recent findings (June 2008)of microscopoic hematuria ( present 5x checked),trigonitis, and atypical cell finding with cytology (grade II).Any one of these findings alone is no big deal but together is there reason for concern? Drs.say we will reinvestigate in 6 months.
Also, wondering if there could be any connection between these findings and vaginal irritation ? As in sensitive raw burning sensation in vaginal area (mostly after intrcourse) also,I have loss of libido.I had vaginal hysterectomy June 1990 due to carcinoma insitu of the cervix (ovaries intact). Hormones have been checked and said to be in normal range.I am taking propafenone 225 mgx2 daily for irregular heart rate and am suspicious if some or all of my issues could be side effects from this medication. My question is do you feel this is two seperate issues or one possible culprit causing my problems? Where to go from here? Any thoughts on side effects of the medication?I am considering request to my Drs.to stop medication.
