Can you get Trichomonas (trick) from insertive anal with a woman?

I've read conflicting answers online... Can you get trick from insertive anal with a woman? If so, how likely?
From what I've read it is penile-to-vaginal that is the cause for women to men infection.
Planned Parenthood said they don't have a test for men.
I've been having testicular pain after insertive anal with a woman. Was treated for gonorhea and chlaymdia, only to find out the tests came back negative... very worried as to why my testicles still hurt.

You should have a urine culture or swab test to find out if you have bacteria, and go from there. It might be time to see a urologist.
