Most of the headaches that occur in children are benign. Since your child is complaining of headache after playing it is important to rule out low blood sugar levels and dehydration as a cause of headache.
Please make sure the child is well hydrated. It is best not to play immediately after eating a snack, a gap of 30-40 min should be there. Also avoid playing on an empty stomach.
