Burning at penis tip
i would like to ask the question abut penis injury. i have protected sex. After 15 sec during sex i feel pain and i was not able to more sex. Lady was on top and it was rough sex. i have pain untill now since one month. This was my first time.
During urnination i don't have any pain some time after urination there is pain. Mostly i have burning sensation on pinis tip. and some time pain in under penis head. urine report is normal. and urine culture and hiv also -ive.
Can some body help me in this scenrio .

It seems with the first efforts the experience has been bit harsh. I would suggest that you need to be calm and composed and this is nothing but a normal variation. There might be some component of inflammation for which can be managed by ibuprofen twice daily. Also get an examination from the urologist to rule out ant major pathological change.
