having some psycological problem

i am a 21 yr old man .
from an year so am suffering from some psycological problems.
i have notice that i forget things very fast specially names. I also frequently get very much frustrated & some times start avoiding every one(even closest friends) ,i start feeling some kind of fear . I think a lot on any matter anyhow icannot avoid thinking this  sometimes turns in to sleepless nights.
Recently from few weeks people says that I start speak while in sleep but when i get up i cannot remember anything
& frequently after waking up i feeling as if my head is loaded with a lot of thoughts(it feels very heavy) .
plz help me.

You are describing a mental state that makes me think you have a lot of unsolved life problems sitting in your head draining you of conscious attention and interfering with your sleep. You are probably afraid to even look at these problems, so you avoid dealing with them, and they grow bigger and take up more room. the answer is to get busy facing the reality of your life, admitting problems, defining them, and start taking action to sort them out...you may need help from friends, or a professional counselor, but that is what you need to do.
