Twitching toes -- any cures

I am 36 years old and just began having uncontrollable twitching in my toes on both feet.  I haven't had any surgeries and don't know what would cause this to suddenly begin happening.  After reading many of the questions/responses on this site it sounds like twitching is very normal.  How do you deal with it when it's non-stop and causing difficulty sleeping????  Is there anything that can help?

Hi,

Fatigue, overexertion can result in twitching of toes. Peripheral neuropathy can also cause twitching of toes. I would suggest you to massage your feet, soak them in warm salty water and see if you feel any better. I would also suggest you to schedule an appointment for your clinician. Keep us posted.

I have something very similar to your problem. My left big toe and inside of my left foot, looks like i have worms under my skin. I do have a vessel disorder on my brain. i have a condition known as a cavernoma ( cavernos malformations ) sitting on top of my fine motor skill nerve on the right side of my brain. I might have surgery to remove the maformation, and that could or could not help with the toe and neurological problems I am currently experiencing. you might want to have a MRI done of your Brain. Hope this helps.
