PVC'S HELP

by RSTING69, Sep 24, 2008 05:12PM
After my doctor had me wear a King of Hearts monitor from complaining of flip flop beats, i was referred to a cardiologist.  The cardiologist stated I had benign PVC's.  I was already on 50 MG of toprol xl, 10MG of benazapril and 125 mcg of synthroid.  She upped my Toprol to 75MG to help calm the PVC's.  When my GP got the reslulst of my King of Hearts he upped my Toprol to 100 mg a day and ordered an echocardiogram to rule out heart wall thickening.

Met with Cardiologist after echo and she stated it was all fine other than slight left and right vent. leakage which she stated was nothing to worry about and slight right side heart enlargment.  She wanted to start by looking at sleep apnea since I am 37 Years old, overweight with no prior heart condition other than elevated blood pressure.

Sleep test came back positive for apnea, which is now being treated.  I had a stress echo done in 2005 which came back negative and dozens of ecg's and ekg's.  I was recently hospitalized for a stomach issue which they ran cardiac enzymes all night all were negative, ran CT scan of chest and belly, all negative, and did an endoscopy, which was also negative.

My worry is I still have these fleeting pains in my left breast primarily sometimes left center that last for a second or two at the most normally at rest.  I also have chronic back pain on left side between shoulder blade and spine that feels like a pinched nerve, sometimes moves to right side as well.  All the docs have told me that all the tests are fine and that if something was serious they would do more.  My concern is I am constantly worrying about my heart to the point that it consumes my day and i fear every ache or pain i get in my chest or back.  My normal BP is 118/68 to 120/76 sitting.  Normal pulse now is anywhere from 53 to 65  Sometimes i get light headed also.  My doc was perplexed that my sitting bp was 118/76 and standing was 134/84.

Could these pains be anxiety related as I do have some pretty serious anxiety issues, or could my back pain be radiating into my chest.  I know what the docs have said, but I still worry, is allmy worry unjustified should I do something more?
