It is quite possible that your symptoms are due to anxiety. Anxiety can cause the head to feel tingly and numb. Other causes can include peripheral neuropathy like diabetes, B12 deficiency. It could also be a symptom of migraine and shingles.
I would suggest you to make sure you are not under any undue stress eat on time and do not stay awake past your normal bedtime. If your symptoms still persist, please consult your PCP.
