gall bladder problem

My 11 year old Chihuahua/Jack Russel has been on L/D Presciption Diet dog food since he was diagnosed with liver disease in May 08 but his Alkaline Phospertase has gone from 785 to 1114 in the last month. He had an Ultrasound and Biopsy of his Liver and the vet said there is stuff in his gall bladder, what does that mean ? Results won't be in for two weeks, help !!
