What is the factor causing delay in HIV

Some people test positive at 15 days  or 20 days or with in 6 weeks and some people after 10 weeks .What is the factor which causes early detection or delayed detection is  it the amount of transmission or deos it depend on the health of the induvidual

and some cases are with in 6 months .Iam anxious to know this and  r there any people who tested positive after 10 weeks negative
